We ship every order (from Warsaw, Poland) the following business day that it's received. Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your order between 3 and 5 business days

⚡ Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Depending on the size of your order, we'll send you a tracking number via courier used once it's shipped

⚡ Can I return an item and get a refund? 

Of course you can, and we won't make it difficult for you either! Please refer the Refund Policy and send us an email at sales@gradivus.eu and we'll take care of it immediately
